Report something wrong, or ask to withhold your name
Report a wrong score, result or name
Section titled “Report a wrong score, result or name”At the foot of every player, team, match and league page, choose Something wrong on this page?, which opens the contact page. Paste the page's link there and say what's wrong, like “Doubles 2: the score was 6-4, 6-3.”
If a result is missing
Section titled “If a result is missing”The Desk reads USTA's results once a day, so if a result is still missing after the next read, write to support@thetennisdesk.com with the team page's link.
Ask to withhold your name
Section titled “Ask to withhold your name”Email support@thetennisdesk.com your player page's link to have your name withheld. Then your player page comes down, other pages print “Name withheld by request” where your name was, and the chat and agents leave you out.
See or delete your own data
Section titled “See or delete your own data”To see or delete your own data, write to support@thetennisdesk.com. The privacy page lists what the Desk keeps from your use of the site, and for how long.
The Desk records how pages are used, including what is typed, and keeps recordings for up to 30 days, as the terms explain.
