Buy and manage the Desk Pass

You buy the Desk Pass on the pricing page, and you manage or cancel it on Stripe's billing page, from a button on the Desk. See what the pass adds.

Buy the pass

1. Open the pricing page. It shows today's price.
2. Choose Get the Desk Pass.
3. Not signed in? The page asks you to make an account with the form in the free column. The link in the email takes you on to Stripe.
4. Stripe takes the payment, and the Desk never sees your payment details.

Buy from your agent

You can also buy it from an agent you've connected, such as Claude, which takes three steps:

1. Ask for something the pass adds, and you get the free part and a link.
2. Within 30 minutes, open the link and choose Continue to payment, which opens Stripe with no second sign-in.
3. After you pay, ask again.

ChatGPT doesn't sell it, so follow Buy the pass on the pricing page, then sign in to ChatGPT with that email.

Manage or cancel your pass

In the side of the app, a “Desk Pass” block shows your renewal date and a Manage button. On the pricing page, a signed-in pass holder sees Manage your Desk Pass. Both open Stripe's billing page, where you can change or cancel your pass.

Sign in with the email you paid with.

What happens when you cancel

After you cancel, your pass works until your paid time runs out, and the side of the app shows its end date instead of the renewal date.

Keep your price

Your price doesn't go up while you keep your pass. If you cancel and come back later, you pay that day's price.

If the pass is off sale

While the pass is off sale, its button on the pricing page reads Not open yet and doesn't work. Manage in the side of the app shows this message instead of Stripe's billing page:

The page says: “The Desk Pass is not open yet. Everything free on the Desk works today.”
